📦 Shipping (a.k.a. “The Journey From Our Shop to Your Wall”)

Every BrickShelfCo shelf is made to order, just for you. That means we don’t pull these off a dusty warehouse shelf — we build them, sand them, laminate them, admire them, and then send them on their way.

Here’s how it works:

  • 🛠️ Built to order in our Michigan shop

  • 🎨 Made to your exact size & color specs

  • ⏱️ Typical build time: 5–10 business days (sometimes faster if we’re on a roll)

  • 📬 Shipped securely so it arrives ready to show off your favorite LEGO® set

Once your shelf ships, you’ll get tracking info so you can refresh the page an unreasonable number of times (we do the same).

đźšš Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
We don’t mark it up, we don’t hide it, and we definitely don’t pad it with mystery fees.

Just shelves. Just shipping. No funny business.

🔄 Returns (aka “Let’s Make This Right”)

Because every shelf is custom-made, returns are a little different than buying socks.

If we messed up:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Damage during shipping

👉 That one’s on us. We’ll remake it, replace it, or refund it — no stress, no awkward emails.

If you changed your mind:

Since shelves are built specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Incorrect measurements you provided

  • “It looked smaller in my head”

  • “My kid built a bigger set than planned”

That said — talk to us. We’re humans, not robots, and we genuinely want you happy.
